Wherever possible the meat we sell is sourced from within a 20 mile radius, providing full traceability and helping to reduce those all-important food miles. We rear our own herd of cattle for beef at Durton Lane but we also have a fantastic alliance with many local farmers including Paul Keyes, Alan Thornton and the Kellett family.
