Our journey from a garage stall to Butchers Q Guild
Our first foray into business was selling home-reared pork from a stall in our garage. While it seems a million miles from the purpose-built farm shop and food halls that we call home today, not much has really changed. Here’s how we’ve grown our family business – there are now 10 of us involved – without compromising our belief that high-quality, locally-sourced food is the best investment our customers can make.
