Topside of Beef joint, perfect for your Sunday roast.

  • Chefs Tip: Cover with a generous slathering of English mustard, salt and pepper to create the most delicious crust!
  • Cooking Guide: Pre-heat oven to 210c (fan). Place joint on a roasting tray on a bed of roughly chopped onion, carrot, celery & thyme.
  • Roast for 25 minutes then reduce the temperature to 160c and roast for 15 minutes per 500g until a core temperature of 54c is reached.
  • Remove from the oven, cover wiith foil and leave to rest for at least 20 minutes.
  • Highly Recommended: You can purchase a meat thermometer from our staples section.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are made within 3 working days for orders placed by 12pm. Deliveries must be received and cannot be left in a non-refrigerated area such as a garage or porch. Please make arrangements for the order to be received and kept refrigerated by a neighbour or friend if you cannot receive the order yourself. Please note there will be a small delivery fee charged to re-attempt delivery if it was not possible on the first attempt.


Due to the perishable nature of our products, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order if you wish to return any items.
