Topside of Beef joint, perfect for your Sunday roast.

- Chefs Tip: Cover with a generous slathering of English mustard, salt and pepper to create the most delicious crust!
- Cooking Guide: Pre-heat oven to 210c (fan). Place joint on a roasting tray on a bed of roughly chopped onion, carrot, celery & thyme.
- Roast for 25 minutes then reduce the temperature to 160c and roast for 15 minutes per 500g until a core temperature of 54c is reached.
- Remove from the oven, cover wiith foil and leave to rest for at least 20 minutes.
- Highly Recommended: You can purchase a meat thermometer from our staples section.

Please make arrangements for the order to be received and kept refrigerated by a neighbour or friend if you cannot receive the order yourself.
