This is a great slow food recipe that takes little time to prepare. When you factor in that it can be assembled 24 hrs ahead and left in the fridge to allow the flavours time to mingle, does it really get any easier to put a hearty, healthy dinner on the table…answers on a postcard please!

Easy to carve and very flavourful with the Black Pudding Sausage Meat stuffing. Call ahead to order your bonedless Duck and pick up the rest of the ingredients from the Farm Shop.
